the impeccable pig x lonestar southern mini collection

It’s almost here! Set your alarms. On Thursday, June 25 at 9am CST, the mini collection I put together with The Impeccable Pig will be live and ready to shop!

You may have seen my Instagram Story sharing the update on the collection a couple of weeks ago. If you missed it, here’s what I was filling you in on:

Each year, the Impeccable Pig team and I have gone to the Dallas market to curate this fun project. This year, we decided to switching things up and head to Las Vegas instead!

It was an amazing whirlwind of an experience. I didn’t think I could imagine anything bigger than Dallas market… but as it turns out, Las Vegas is even more massive. In one day, we had managed to select over 200 fabulous pieces for our spring launch, including the largest variety of plus-sized pieces to-date. We couldn’t wait to bring them all to you!

Then… you guessed it… the pandemic hit. For a while, I wasn’t sure if we were going to be able to make the Spring 2020 collection come to life. But then, I got some bittersweet news. While the majority of the pieces we ordered didn’t even make it to production due to COVID, about 30 did!

With that good news, we decided to run full speed ahead.

All that to say, this year’s collection will look a little different. Much smaller, for one, and less size variety than we had anticipated. You’ll also notice an adorable Impeccable Pig team member, Shelby, in the model shots instead of me. (So, so grateful she was able to shoot this collection!)

Even with all of the curveballs and changes, I still think you’re going to love this collection. Expect a fabulous variety of casual tops, lightweight sweaters, fun dresses and more!

In celebration of the launch, here’s a sneak peek at a few of my favorite styles. Be sure to scroll below for some FAQs and important details regarding the collection, then set that alarm for 9am CST tomorrow morning! I’ll be jumping on Instagram Stories to try on a variety of pieces, and I hope to see you there!

Keep in mind, The Impeccable Pig return policy is for store credit only! I always try to be super, super transparent about this because I know it can be a bummer. This has been the policy for as long as I can remember (and each time we’ve done this collaboration) and so hopefully most are aware by now. Just keep in mind while shopping, if you didn’t realize!

Styles tend to sell out quickly (y’all are amazing!) and in past collections, we’ve been able to restock select items! Restocks will be more difficult and more sparse this year due to everything going on, so I’ll do my best to keep you updated on heavily-stocked pieces and items that are going quickly.

Of the thirty pieces that arrived, only one of our plus-sized items made it. We’re incredibly bummed, as we had found a couple of really cute expanded sizing vendors whose pieces didn’t make it to production. So, most of the items in this collection will be sized S, M, L.

This year, we have a really fun assortment of casual tops, lightweight sweaters, summer dresses, eye-catching accessories, and even a couple of fabulous hats!

I can’t wait to share this fun project with you! See you tomorrow morning at 9am CST over at The Impeccable Pig!

Love from the Sunshine State,

Join in on the fun!

Thank you, Kate!! You are a thoughtful, mindful, Christ loving person. I have been following since before you went full-time. I remember the cowboy, your trip to Greenland or Nova Scotia!! I’m glad you found and waited for Andrew!!

  2. These clothes look absolutely stunning, and I can’t wait to see the full collection. I am obsessed with that Harper skirt – the embroidery and colors are so pretty!

Can you share a bit about how the clothes are made? Like, where are they produced, how are the materials sourced, what are the working conditions like for the garment workers etc.? Thank you!

Kate – I’m loving a lot of the styles from the Impeccable Pig (especially those floaty loose minidresses!) but it’s.a little out of my price range. Any places you’d recommend for similar styles? :)
