navy & green flannel

As much as I lament the lack of color I seem to see in autumn offerings, the one deep shade I adore embracing each fall is hunter green. There’s something about it’s rich, timeless quality that has me reaching for the hanger every time I spot it on a rack.

SHIRT   hunter green and navy flannel (sold out, similar linked here)   |   JEANS   bell bottom flare jeans   |   BAG   reversible mini tote crossbody   |   NECKLACE   block monogram necklace (wearing size L)   |   EARRINGS   pearl studs

That’s what made picking up this beautiful flannel a no-brainer. Add in a dash of one of my other favorite hues, navy, and you’ve got a winning combination!

Button downs are such an easy, hassle-free piece to style, and always manage to look instantly classic and pulled together. I can’t help but stock up on them as we inch into fall, as they take me all the way to spring!

This year, I’m loving pairing them with flare denim and classic, subtle accessories. It’s easy to switch things up with skinny jeans and loafers, and scarves with riding boots. Don’t be surprised to see me in these combinations on the reg these next few months!

Love from Texas,

I’ve never been a huge fan of green but so many bloggers have been using green pieces, including that flannel, and they’re all so stunning! I think I’m gonna have to make myself like green otherwise I’ll be left out haha
