It’s December 1st, and you know what that means…. the Christmas season is officially in full swing! In order to get in the spirit, I’m so excited to have partnered up with Walmart to bring you some cute Christmas decor ideas!
This will be the first Christmas I’ve spent in my own apartment, and so darling decorations that don’t break the bank have been at the top of my list. That’s why I was so pleasantly surprised, and impressed, by Walmart’s selection. It’s huge, first off (I seriously had to stop myself from scrolling at one point) and there are some amazing deals included. I’m in love with this gold reindeer that’s just $15!
Speaking of gold, can you tell what theme I’m infatuated with this year? Gold, gold and more gold! From champagne colored ornaments to glittery poinsettia candle holders, gold has a way of making everything extra-festive and extra-chic. Paired with white (hello gorgeous peony wreath) it creates a soft, elegant combination that compliments any interior color scheme. I loved being able to search specifics like “gold reindeer” and “white snowflake ornament” to find hundreds of results.
Another decoration I can’t wait to incorporate into my apartment? Christmas candy! As a kid, one of the reasons I loved Christmas so much was because my mama would bring out Christmas candy dishes filled with red and green goodies. I’ll definitely be making the tradition my own with the cute “joy” dishes above, filled with my favorite Christmas candy, peppermint Kisses!
Have you started decorating for Christmas yet? Whether you have or haven’t, I hope today’s post has brought you a little inspiration! Let the merriment begin!
Love from Texas,
Kate

I dont think the matter of concern is the how much “stuff” they have on stage with them, rather their ability to mix using multiple tools on a live set versus playing a song that an artist has authored in a studio setting.
I love that peony wreath! Gold and white are super chic without screaming “Christmas” so I like that it works for winter too, not just the holidays.
These are all so cute, Kate! I always love decorating for Christmas!
xoxo,
Katie

One of the reasons I loved Christmas so much was that my mama would bring out Christmas candy dumplings filled with red and green stuff. This will be the first Christmas I’ve ever had in my apartment, and the decorations that don’t break the bank are at the top of my list.
