“What’s your favorite part of your job?” That is one question I get asked often, and always have the most fun answering. There are so many different facets of Lonestar Southern that I adore, but hands down my favorite thing on earth is getting to meet Y’ALL – the friends I’ve made virtually over the past four years on this little corner of the internet!
This past Friday, I had too much fun doing just that in partnering with LOFT to celebrate National Sister Day with my own sister, Steele. LOFT threw a fabulous party at their Dallas location at Mockingbird Station, and as you can tell from the photos above, the evening was a blast.
Between the amazing DJ (who played my main jam, Fergalicious, without missing a beat), male models who served rosé, lemonade and all the delicious bites you could want, a photo booth and fun giveaways, there was enough sister celebrating to last us all year long!
Between all of the festivities, you can rest assured that plenty of shopping got done. My sister snatched up this cozy sweatshirt, and my mom and I walked away with matching jackets! (The low collar on it makes this denim beauty really flattering and not too overbearing.)
I am so thankful to the LOFT team for providing such a fun event surrounding sisterhood. Women rallying behind and uplifting other women is such a beautiful, important and necessary support system for the day and age we live in. Getting to do that this past Friday with LOFT and so many of you was the sweetest thing.
For all of you who sent me messages saying you wished you could have attended, you were so missed! For those of you I had the pleasure of meeting hugging/dancing/posing/chatting with on Friday, thank you. You made my day!
Love from Texas,
Kate
Thank you, LOFT, for sponsoring this post!
I’m so glad that the event with Steele and Loft went well! It looks like a ton of fun and I wish I could’ve gone.
Have a great weekend Kate :)

I was SO sad I wasn’t able to come attend this party! I live in Dallas and I would love to meet you one day; you should do more meetups like this!
