There is something so simple and sweet about this dress that immediately drew me in. The soft, striped cotton fabric, ruffle detailing and drawstring waist all work together to create the sweetest, southern charm feeling that lends itself perfectly to everything fall has to offer.

From an afternoon tailgating in cowboy boots to brunch with friends in wedges and church on Sunday in ballet flats, it’s one of those versatile pieces that holds its own while working in a variety of settings, AKA my favorite type of purchase!

I also love how the denim color of this frock makes it perfectly versatile into fall. Pair with shoes and bags in tans and deep browns, as seen above, to play up autumn in this dress. And did I mention it’s oh-so-easy and completely comfortable? At $49, that’s quite the package deal!

I am starting off this week on a completely exhausted, completely happy note! This weekend was one for the books… I got to see and hang out with so different  friends, as well as meet new ones! All with spending time outside in this beautiful, mild, early-autumn weather we’ve been having. The recipe for a fabulous couple of days!

I am praying, praying, praying for everyone in Irma’s path today and will continue to all week. If we have seen anything from Harvey, it’s that in the wake of so much tragedy, there are so many ready and eager to jump in and help and serve and love. I’m praying we are all able to do that in one way or another this time as well! Southeast friends, we love you!
