Oh, deep burgundy. A favorite hue of mine for winter months! It’s one shade that I’ve found to be universally flattering on any skin tone, and can be incorporated into a million and one different pieces and looks. I’m especially loving it in this pair of corduroy skinny jeans!

In today’s inspiration board, I decided to contrast it with a creamy, soft white (hello prettiest fur vest) for more of a romantic and feminine look. Striking black accents and a perfectly posh leopard belt provide the perfect punch to this dreamy mix. A winning combination, in my book!

Which piece are you loving the most?

Love from Texas,

Kate

Beautiful! I love pops of leopard with red. I like this burgandy with it bc it’s more subtle than a bright red.

  7. I love these deep rich shades for fall. I agree, oxblood is a classic! I love the contrast of the rich hue with the fluffy off-white vest!
