camo utility jacket

It’s safe to say that my style is a far cry from “tomboy” in any sense of the word (I mean… have you seen all the pink I have going on around here?) so combining “camo utility jacket” with “I’m obsessed with this thing” may leave you scratching your head. Really? Camo? Utility jacket? Care to expand?

Oh yes I do, friends. Because something tells me you’re going to love this cute layer just as much as I do!

JACKET   camouflage utility jacket (under $100)   |   SHIRT   blush v-neck t-shirt   |   JEANS   white toothpick jeans   |   BOOTIES   fringe booties (old Forever21, similar linked)   |   PURSE   tory burch crossbody   |   WATCH   gold watch   |   LIP COLOR   benetint (my current beauty favorite!)

Do you understand the obsession, now? This little jacket is such a fun, unique piece, y’all. I love that in staying true to the typical utility jacket look, it’s hues are in the prettiest of fall greens. But the fun little twist that sets it away from the pack is the darling camo print!

Over the past few seasons, I’ve started seeing girls rock camouflage into their own style. I always loved the little tastes of it here and there, but until now could never find a way to incorporate it that stayed true to my own style sphere. Then this number fell into my lap!

In terms of styling, utility jackets are the absolute best for mild autumn and winters. I picked up on last year that I truly wore into the ground. This year, I’m so excited to be replacing it with this one! They are so easy to style. Throw on with your favorite jeans and easy tee, and you’ve got a darling every-day fall ensemble! Any solid top works with the camo, but if you really want to have fun, try pairing it with a navy striped shirt! Add some navy hunter rain boots to the mix, and you’ve got a darling combination.

I hope everyone is easing into Monday well! I, for one, am starting a little slowly over here after quite the busy (but fun!) weekend. Saturday night was spent celebrating one of my dear friends, Kristen, get married! The wedding was stunning in every way, but I found the true beauty to be in how they centered the whole service around Christ and His perfect love for us. What an amazing foundation to build a marriage on! I had the best time dancing the night away in this fun bell-sleeve dress. Wishing we could do it all over again!

Love from Texas,

Kate
