It’s that time of the year again, folks… my much-loved Barrington has rolled out their fall patterns, and the time for creating a new bag perfectly fit for fall has arrived! After playing around on the bag builder for hours (seriously, it’s too much fun and strangely addicting) I finally landed on this cute combination and couldn’t be more thrilled!
BAG barrington monogrammed st. anne tote | SHIRT cream blouse | JEANS flared jeans | BELT tory burch reversible belt | SHOES ankle strap wedges (old H&M, similar linked) | NECKLACE starfish project bar necklace | BRACELET moon & lola monogrammed bracelet | WATCH gold watch
My goal in this round of tote-creation was to find something with a pop of personalization that could be worn day-in and day-out. I must confess…. I didn’t initially think this tan geometric pattern would be the winner! But when I paired it with a soft pink and tan monogram, I knew I’d landed on the perfect bag. I love how the fresh, bright, neutral shade adds the perfect touch of lightness to my winter wardrobe!
For those of you who have been visiting here for a while, you know that one of my favorite things about Barrington is the way they weather. I truly believe they get better with age! I can’t wait to put some good wear-and-tear in on this one. If the past week has been any indication, something tells me we’ll have it nicely aged in no time!
Now for a quick word on this top! Y’all, I am perpetually searching for easy, elegant white blouses to either wear alone in a simple, chic look or as the base of a layered-up ensemble! I came across this one at Gap of all places, and can’t recommend it enough. It comes in navy and pink as well, and I’m dying for all three!
Today is going to be a crazy one, as I’ve got a few things to check off of my to-do list before packing up and heading to College Station! I’ll be judging Song Fest there on Friday night, and want to get in an evening early to hang out with my little sister. You can bet I’m packing Trader Joe’s pumpkin muffins for the road, and will be listening to Maren Morris on full-blast. (Trying to belt 80’s Mercedes is a thrill, y’all.) It was so fun watching her win the CMA New Artist of the Year award last night! Did y’all tune in?
Love from Texas,
