I’ve found that adding a pop of pink to my ensemble is really all it takes to brighten up my day. In terms of layering, the more the merrier! When the days get shorter and temperatures start to drop, I reach for pastel colored cozies to breathe some fresh air into the dark colors of autumn and winter.

This pink sweater is the perfect bubblegum shade and does that oh-so-nicely. I love its oversized fit… perfect for pairing with everything from jeans and heels to leggings and fuzzy socks!

I added this $35 tassel scarf for a bundled up look that’s still breezy and light. Even though baby pink isn’t the first shade you think of when it comes to versatility, it can actually be worn with so much! Pair this sweet scarf with camels and tans, navies, or all-white winter ensembles to name a few.

Speaking of bundling up in sweaters and scarves, I am giddy to report that yesterday was a gorgeous sixty degrees here in D.C. I had a lovely day wandering through the museums along the National Mall and rounded it out with a Starbucks on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Fall in D.C. is absolutely stunning… I can’t get enough of it!
