Ahh, spring. Technically the first “official” day of spring isn’t until March 20th (this Tuesday) but I’ve already been in full-on spring mode with the arrival of this beautiful, balmy weather we’ve been having as of late!

This is the time of year for all things pastel, ruffled, light, short, gingham’d and flowy… AKA all of my favorites! And when I came across this pair of $9 gingham shorts, I just couldn’t say no.

Keep in mind, they are very light. I wore skin colored spanx shorties underneath so there was nothing see-through about them! Follow that trick to wear these out in about, or use them as a cover up next time you’re at the pool! They come in pink and navy, and at $9 it only makes sense to get them both… right?

This week in San Antonio has continued to be SO much fun. My little hotel room is starting to feel like home, and I spent all yesterday exploring the darling area of the city called “The Pearl.” Lunch at Down on Grayson was a dream… fresh, fabulous fish tacos outside underneath a black and white striped umbrella?!
