Well, y’all, spring break draws one day closer (and summer, for that matter!) and I could not be more excited! As y’all konw, I’m off to Paris with the fam, but have so many friends headed to more tropical, tan-conducive destinations. While I’m quite pleased that Paris prep required far more rigorous online shopping than ‘spring break bod’ efforts, I’m already envious of the many tans I’ll be greeted with upon returning to the KKG house. Versa spray tan… I swear you’re my best friend!

So for all you beach babes, I’m too excited to partner with Nordstrom to bring you a spring break swimwear guide full of my favorite mermaid trends this season! The ones I’m obsessing over? Thoughtfully placed cut out tops (hello chic) and, of course, anything with a bow! (Especially ones for under $25!) I’ve been so impressed with the crazy good variety in Nordstrom’s swimwear this season – everything from “southern belle” to “miami beach babe” and even middle ground for the noncommittal. (You do you, girl.) Plus, no need for the awkward fitting room bikini try-on mess. Honestly, is there anything worse? Their return policy ensures you’ll end up with exactly what you’re after, so order to your hearts content knowing returning is a piece of cake. Speaking of cake, go eat a piece, please! Something tells me you need a break from your spring break diet.

Wherever you’re headed (including you grown gals who will be spending the week at work as opposed to staging your new windswept mermaid profile pic), I hope it’s delightful, and that at the very least this little guide has you looking forward to warmer weather! One request – tone down the tanning just a tad so I don’t stick out quite as blatantly?  Cool. :)

Love from Texas,

Kate

  1. There are so many I love, but mostly the interesting cut out ones and bustier type. The only thing with the cut out ones is I end up being paranoid about weird tanlines haha so I like to switch them up :)
