When I came across these bright stripes in the Old Navy kids department, I couldn’t make myself walk by without stealthily checking to see if an XL was in stock. The cotton dress turned out to be just as comfortable as it was cute, and while I’m wary of neon, this hue came across as cheery instead of overwhelming. Paired with a monogrammed clutch and Kendra Scott earrings, I think I managed to give this kid’s department find a more mature look.
