Flares, y’all. Oh, how I love ’em! Amidst the seemingly endless rotation of skinny jeans and riding boots that I seem to fall into whenever fall rolls around, this denim silhouette is my favorite way to keep things fresh and fun.

Today, I’m thrilled to be teaming up with Modcloth in showing you how easy it is to incorporate this fun look into your own personal style this season!

Can we all agree that jeans are a tricky thing to get just right? I’ve been one to spend tedious hours in the dressing room agonizing over the perfect fit, and once found, seldom stray away from that one particular make and style.

This pair of high-waisted flare denim, however, was another story altogether. The second I saw them, I had a feeling they were just what my tried-and-true skinny jean collection was missing. And boy, was I right!

This vintage-inspired look flatters all the right places, highlighting the smallest part of your waist and dipping in and out to create an effortless hourglass shape. And don’t think you have to be tall to pull these babies off! I’m 5/2″ and simply add a pair of heels underneath to create the illusion of sky-high legs.

As it turns out, their entire denim collection this season is on-point. Since I’ve loved wearing these so much already, I have my eyes on this wide-leg pair as well for a more relaxed look.
