new years eve in new york city

Is there anything more festive than a glamorous new years eve party? I love that year after year, this night is the perfect occasion for dressing to the nines and celebrating a fresh start!

If you’re like me, this date can sneak up on you. With the business of Christmas it is so easy to forget that new years is just a few days later!

That’s why I’m so excited to be partnering with Modcloth to share some gorgeous NYE outfit inspiration with you. My pick? This fabulous fringe flapper dress!

Not only do I love how well-done the fringe detailing is (talk about being fun to spin in!) but the illusion neckline takes this dress to a whole other level! When it comes to dancing the night away, I love that you don’t have to worry about yanking up or pulling down this beauty. It is oh-so-comfortable.

Last but not least? It’s under $100!

I had so much fun taking this dress for a spin last week in New York City, and can’t recommend it enough for December 31st. Here are a few other gorgeous dresses from Modcloth that would be perfect for the occasion!

Love from Texas,

Kate

Thank you, Modcloth, for sponsoring this post!

Oh my gosh! Such a neat trip!!! Every photo is fresh and darling and actually makes me want winter weather!!! (In Seattle we get pretty mild winters, though we did just have a very unusual white Christmas. 😀)

In terms of your mittens and headband from Iceland, what shop did you find them at? We are headed there this spring and I would love to bring similar items back. Thanks.
