tan & turquoise

This girl will always have a soft spot for any combination of turquoise and tan. From turquoise jewelry and aqua-toned ensembles to sandy brown cowboy boots and camel-colored coats, there’s something warm, southern, and even more specifically “Texan” about it in my book. It seems to be my go-to in all departments!

CLUTCH c/o   |   boots   OVER THE KNEE BOOTS (sold out, similar linked)   |   skirt   FAUX SUEDE SKIRT (old H&M, similar linked)   |   earrings   WHITE TASSEL EARRINGS (similar here)   |   lipstick shade   FAUX   |   lipgloss shade   TURKISH DELIGHT

While my favorite time to wear these colors is definitely in summer (envision a white off-the-shoulder blouse, turquoise earrings and these sandals real quick… swoon) there are still ways to bring it into our current season! This gorgie split-back sweater made that all too easy.

I can’t get over how gorgeous the stand out shade is! While I dressed it up in suede boots and a skirt, it’s just as cute dressed down in jeans and riding boots. Plus, given it’s colorful nature, it’s one you can wear well into the chilly days of spring. To top it all off, it’s incredibly comfortable… so you can bet this beaut will be seeing a lot of wear!

Love from Texas,

Kate
