Have you ever seen anything so glam? I’m all about fur details when it comes to outerwear, as I find they give a pretty generic clothing genre some personality and spice. Throw in an oversized collar and elegant ruffles, though, and you don’t even give me the option of walking away. Sold!

I immediately loved the unique, beautiful shade of this light grey number. Not to mention, the fur cuffs! Absolutely my favorite detail. And as expensive as it looks, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this beauty is actually under $100! If you know it belongs in your wardrobe for the coming chilly months of January, February and March, I’d hurry. Only 5 are left in stock!

As always, Dallas is a good two months behind the rest of the US when it comes to weather. Luckily for me, though, it means I get to break out fun pieces like this. So keep the cold coming, Jack Frost! I’m loving it. Is now a good time to ask for some snow?

If you also have a thing for fur details, you’re going to love this cape and these boots!

Love from Texas,

Kate

Wowww Kate, you look fabulous!! The coat is really beautiful and it seems to be very cozy! Me too I’m loving this cold weather, mostly because I can wear my two faux fur coats, yours is so beautiful but I think another one would be too much :) :)
Anyway, enjoy the weather and have a nice day xx

  8. I want to experiment with fur, maybe like a stole or a vest! I just don’t know where to begin. Thanks for this post!

  9. I like this fur coat but am so jealous of your Dallas weather because you can still wear those strappy sandals! I think my feet would turn blue and fall off :(, this would work for me in the warm December we had up here though!

  12. what I did, only in a more … uh… metaphorical way. My whole point and the reason for faith in the first alternative being the most likely is that collapse doesn’t happen like in the movies. It’s never a uniform thing. Slow downturns forever do (Ask Dave Freer about South Africa.) BUT just one day doesn’t work normally doesn’t.OTOH currency collapse AND government collapse do happen and out on the streets we might as well call it “economic collapse.”

  13. Hi PatrickI think this story is fantastic, I have downloaded all of the episodes, and think that it will do very well as a comic book. I have a large comic book collection (mostly 80s) and this is a series I would purchase if I could find them here in Australia. The artists style is perfectly suited for this as well. (I am dying to see what the Cromogladon looks like.)Anyway, put me down for a subscription, and keep up the good work!Matty
