Pinks, frills, waisted silhouettes… combine these three stereotypically (and wonderfully) feminine fashion elements into one darling blouse, and you’ve got an immediate customer in this girl!
As we enter this murky not-quite-summer-but-not-quite-fall time of year, which I’ll be talking a lot about these next couple of weeks, I’m constantly on the lookout for pieces that can play both. This top covers both seasons beautifully!
For a hot, late summer day, I found that it paired beautifully with white jeans and pastel, tasseled accessories. (How cute is this tote?!) Moving into fall, the options are endless! Add a soft, tan sweater to this look for cooler evenings, switch out the white jeans for dark denim flares for a night out, or add a navy blazer and leopard flats for a work-appropriate ensemble. Shopping for this strange in-between season can be tricky, but finding pieces like these makes the hunt worth it!
Today feels like my “Monday” after coming off of a fabulous weekend with my friend Katie! This was her first time visiting Texas from Alabama, so we squeezed in as much as possible to give her a real Dallas experience. Hours of shopping, visits to Dallas’ coolest neighborhoods, and two (!!!) Tex-Mex dinners later, I’m the happiest sort of exhausted and feeling ready to take on the new, short week! Hope yours has been off to a great start, y’all!
Love from Texas,
