There’s one thing I need to say immediately: I AM SO SORRY FOR THE TITLE OF THIS POST. After coming up short in trying to pair “boho” with a B noun for a cute post title, I threw in the towel with bae. My hope is you view it as a nod to pop culture and perhaps chuckle to yourself. If you do neither and instead label me as a complete idiot, that’s ok too. ;)
In all seriousness, boho style is something I’ve never been particularly good at putting together, but have always been drawn to for it’s relaxed nature and colorful personality. Somehow it came together seamlessly, though, when this tie dye swing dress ended up on my doorstep. The trick I discovered? Unnecessary layers, like this pom pom kimono! While darling alone, this dress was made that much cuter when added too.
So, my other boho-layering staples? My go-to Kendra Scott tassel necklace and J.Crew sunhat. Mix and match these with everything from dresses (this one) to a cute shorts + top combo to a swimsuit (this one is so cool), and you become a… wait for it… BOHO BAE.
Yep, I said it. Wow Kate… new low.
Love from Texas,
